Tell us a little about yourself outside of work:
I’m a busy mom of three boys, married to a handsome husband. I spend my extra time completing mommy duties: Cooking, park adventures, traveling and spending quality time with family. I enjoyed exercising and reading during my leisure time.
Why do you like working in skincare:
My love for skin care began over 10 years ago by helping patients heal critical wounds in the hospital. I have since evolved in my profession to include a strong background in cosmetic and reconstruction services. My main goal is to professionally guide patients in selecting appropriate procedures and the right skin care products based on skin type and age. I consider each patient’s goals and use them in conjunction with my expertise to deliver the most up to date evidence based services.
What are your favorite services to perform:
This is a difficult question, as I put my heart into every service or procedure I offer. I love connecting with each individual patient, and always plan for the best outcome. Some of my most common services I perform include Mohs reconstruction surgery, healing advanced complicated wounds, and delivering the best aesthetic procedures with neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers.
What services have the biggest impact on appearance?
Combining multiple anti-aging services can have a positive impact on one’s appearance. Some of the benefits include:
Neuromodulators: Relax muscles, making fine lines less noticeable.
Dermal Fillers: Help contour, sculpt, and define facial features.
PDO Threads: Lift and reposition skin while stimulating collagen production.
Hormone Replacement Therapy: Increases energy, muscle mass, bone density, sexual health, and memory.
PRP Facial Rejuvenation: Provides autologous nutrients to rejuvenate the skin.
Chemical Peels: Address sun damage and reduce fine lines on the skin’s surface.
Lasers: Treat sun spots, broken capillaries, and improve overall skin quality.
Which services have the most long-term benefits?
All of the above services offer substantial benefits, targeting different pathways of rejuvenation based on the patient's baseline. Patients achieve the best outcomes for long-lasting, beautiful, and youthful skin when their skincare plan is customized to their personal needs and skin type.
Are these services painful?
The majority of these services can come with some discomfort and pain. My goal is for each patient to have a great experience and minimal discomfort. We offer topical anesthetic agents, injectable anesthesia, pharmacological and Pro-Nox to help alleviate the pain that comes along with these procedures.
What are your favorite skincare products?
My favorite skin products are from the ISDIN line.
ISDIN offers scientifically-backed skincare solutions containing ingredients like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and retinol, aiming to hydrate the skin, reduce wrinkles, and enhance texture, with products tailored for hydration, anti-aging, and sun protection.
Why should people invest in cosmetic services?
Investing in these cosmetic services can significantly boost self-esteem, making you feel rejuvenated and uplifted.
