Dr. Elizabeth McKay is double board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (Mohs Surgery). She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Mohs surgery. She graduated from Emory University School of Medicine in 1994 - summa cum laude, first in her class, with a 4.0 grade point average. She underwent specialty training in dermatology at the University of Miami, where she was trained in surgical, medical and cosmetic dermatology. After her residency, she underwent advanced training in both Mohs surgery and laser therapy.

She now brings that training, plus 30+ years of clinical experience to you!

Ana Alphonse’s professional career began as a med/surg registered nurse in 2011 at Martin Memorial Hospital, her devotion and passion to care for her patients prompted her to further her education by becoming a certified wound care specialist at Martin Memorial Hospital in Stuart, Florida. During that time, she was pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Graduating from Kaplan University in 2013,  Ana followed by earning her MSN in 2019 from Purdue University with a 4.0 GPA.

Ever since Ana became a nurse practitioner in 2019, she has been delivering care to patients in various settings such as hospitals, homes, assisted living facilities and private offices. She is a caring provider that focuses on delivering individualized one-to-one care for each of her patients. She is very versatile and has been providing patient care in different aspects of plastic surgery, dermatology and the aesthetics industry. Her practice is multifaceted, specializing in surgical reconstruction, advanced anti aging techniques, rejuvenation and wound healing therapies. 

Ana’s artistic talents have allowed her to master skills in aesthetics with injectable neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO thread lifting, and both ablative and non-ablative laser treatments. Additionally, in 2021 Ana became a Biote certified provider serving the aging population through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to prevent chronic diseases and assist in healthy aging. 

Ana’s goal is to continue to stay UpToDate with evidence-based knowledge serving her patients with expert individualized care to assist in healthy aging by preserving the best possible quality of life.

Michelle Budnick, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience in Dermatology. After attending The University of Florida for undergraduate studies, she completed her Physician Assistant studies at Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, FL. It was at Nova that she received her degree in PA studies as well as a Master of Public Health Degree. Michelle has been practicing Dermatology since she graduated from PA School in 2003. She has practiced in Florida, Michigan and at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. She has experience in both medical and cosmetic Dermatology. She is passionate about helping people love the skin they're in.

Andrea Duane is a board certified Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in the field of Dermatology.  She completed her education at the University of Florida receiving both a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.  Her career began in Boca Raton, Florida where she practiced all facets of dermatology and worked alongside a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon.   While passionate about skin cancer surgery, Andrea also enjoys the diversity in medical and cosmetic dermatology.  In 2016 Andrea moved back home to the Treasure Coast, and has been enjoying serving our local community's dermatological needs ever since.

Jaime Harvey is a board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in aesthetic dermatology and skin rejuvenation. She completed her education at the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.  Jaime has been practicing medicine since 2005, and has specialized in dermatology since 2011.  Jaime enjoys both medical and aesthetic dermatology. She emphasizes the importance of skin cancer screenings for  early detection and treatment. She has knowledge and experience in skincare, injectable treatments, and laser technology to promote skin renewal, reduce the signs of aging, and give the skin a healthy glow. She pays attention to detail and enjoys working closely with patients to  develop an individualized treatment plan and  has a reputation for providing subtle, natural results.
