We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing dermatology team in Stuart, FL.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about both cosmetic dermatology and surgical dermatology—and who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist providers with cosmetic, surgical, and general dermatology procedures
· Perform wound care and post-surgical dressing changes
· Prepare and educate patients for treatments
· Maintain organized treatment areas and assist with photography/documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience (or interested) in dermatology, Mohs Surgery, cosmetic dermatology or wound care
· Excellent communication and patient care skills
· Positive attitude and attention to detail

Cosmetic Coordinator & Front Desk Operations
We're looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Cosmetic Coordinator to join our growing dermatology team in Stuart, FL.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about aesthetic medicine and patient relationships—and who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while delivering an exceptional concierge experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to cosmetic inquiries from phone, website, social media, and referrals
· Educate patients on available cosmetic procedures
· Schedule cosmetic consultations
· Prepare treatment plans, estimates, and financing options with confidence and professionalism
· Follow up with consultation patients and coordinate treatment scheduling
· Recommend complementary skincare products and aesthetic treatments
· Maintain cosmetic patient pipeline and coordinate treatment scheduling
· Promote practice specials, events, and request online reviews from satisfied patients
· Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and retail inventory
· Ensure every cosmetic patient receives a welcoming, luxury-level experience from consultation through follow-up
Sales & Practice Growth
· Build relationships with cosmetic patients
· Recommend complementary skincare and aesthetic treatments
· Promote programs and specials
· Assist with practice marketing events and open houses
· Request online reviews from satisfied patients
· Maintain excellent patient retention
Administrative Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate patient records
· Complete daily financial reconciliation
· Assist with inventory of retail skincare products
· Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Patient Experience
· Ensure every patient feels welcomed and valued
· Address patient concerns promptly
· Communicate delays professionally
· Coordinate post-treatment follow-up calls or texts
· Create a luxury, concierge-level experience
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a med spa preferred
· Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
· Strong sales ability with confidence presenting treatment plans and discussing pricing
· Experience with EMR systems and strong organizational skills
· Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
